One with the Storm. A blizzard circles the polaris where ever it goes. The blizzard is very strong and will stop any non-magical projectiles from harming the polaris. The creature takes 7 (2d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The polaris can call or dismiss the blizzard as a bonus action.

Polaris Lore

The Polaris are anthropomorphic bears with thick white fur, often matted by dried blood. These beings prefer to live in cold climates where they feel comfortable in temperatures as low as -40º fahrenheit. The Polaris are tribal and hold respect for the world around them, believing that treating the land well will lead to the nature spirits blessing them.

Ursaru. The Polaris give worship to a god named Ursaru. He is depicted as a massive Polaris with glowing blue eyes. The Polaris believe that millennia ago it was Ursaru who created the the Polaris as the rightful rulers of the arctic landscape. The legend claims Ursaru froze the lands into an eternal winter for his children to create a land they could thrive in.

Pack Hunters. The Polaris hunt for their food all across the lands. Usually in packs of Berserkers with a shaman leader. These hunting parties will attempt to take down anything they believe is weak enough to become a meal. The Polaris are exceptional pack hunters and will always group up onto one enemy at a time. The Polaris hunt many creatures of the frigid lands, but hold joy in hunting frost giants.

Prideful. The Polaris do not seek war with the other humanoid races in the world, but will never back down if they feel their morals or way of life becomes threatened. They will not let others step into their lands, without proving their strength or assisting the Polaris.
