Potion rare
This dark green potion constantly bubbles and swirls without any outside influence. Opening the potion causes a faint animal cry to be heard, revealing this potions true nature. If you drink this potion, you must succeed a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or becomes forcefully polymorphed into a creature, as per the Polymorph spell. You can willingly fail this saving throw if desired. The exact creature can be chosen by the DM or determined at random. This potion retains its potency when it is mixed into a drink or food item, however it will continue to make subtle and quiet animal sounds that require a DC 16 Wisdom (Perception) to detect.
