Potion uncommon
This potion is actually two bottles interwoven together with one bottle having a green liquid and the other having a yellow liquid. You and another creature must each drink half of this potion within 30 seconds of each other. After this is done, both you and the other creature gain the following benefits for the next 24 hours:
- You instinctively know if the other is conscious, unconscious, or dead.
- You both know the direction and amount of distance between one another at all times. If either of you are on separate planes of existence, you both know which plane each other are on.
- If you are within 60 feet of one another, you can communicate telepathically with one another as long as both of you understand at least one Language.
- If you have unobstructed view of each other, you can use a bonus action to use the Help action to aid the other.
